METALLIC Thread

AMETH METALLIC is the finest quality metallic thread.  Ameth uses only strong 110-denier nylon core wrapped with polyester film, which is pasted on the inside with rice paper and metallized with pure silver.  This process keeps the metallic layer and the nylon core together and gives you the smoothest run possible.  Available in silver and gold.

AMETH METALLIC JEWELL is 12 mic in thickness, aluminum metallized and coated polyester yarn round twisted with 140-denier nylon, which is called "silver raw material".  This silver yarn is dyed with polyester dye for colored metallic yarn as small batches per color.

Metallic Jewell is available in the following colors: Multi-Rainbow, Purple, Green, Royal Blue, Blue, Red, Orange, Copper and Bright Pink.

ADMELODY RAYON Thread

ADMELODY RAYON #40 (120/2) is made from 100% viscose rayon.  It is known for its vivid colors and beautiful sheen. It is developed for commercial embroidery machines so it runs great on home embroidery machines.  Ameth, the makers of Salus Rayon & Poly have gone out of business, so I am now carrying Admelody Rayon, which many Salus buyers have gone to using, with great results.

ADMELODY  Rayon is available in 120 solid colors, in both 1,000M spools or 5,000M kingspools.  Over 300 more solid Rayon colors are available in the 5000M kingspools

Admelody Rayon is also available in 20 multi-colors, and 20 twisted colors.  Rainbow variegated is the most popular color that we sell! 

Recommended needle size is 75 to 90.

GLIDE POLYESTER Thread

Fil Tec has developed the polyester low elongation filament yarn with better color brightness and great sheen, called GLIDE.  It is comparable to ISACORD POLY, the #1 Poly in the industry.

GLIDE POLY is 100% Polyester developed for commercial machines and works great in home machines also!  It boasts a higher tensile strength than rayon and has excellent color fastness, so it is great for items that will be laundered often.

GLIDE Poly is available in 40 colors in 5,000M kingspools.  It will be offered shortly in 1,000M spools.

We also get close-outs and overstock on Ackermann Isacord Poly #40 and Isafil Rayon #40.
